check in when it suits your clinet
Reception is staffed around the clock. Check-in and check-out are handled online or at the desk, at any hour — so a red-eye arrival or a pre-dawn departure needs no special arrangement from you.

Eight categories, from a 24 m² studio to a five-bedroom villa of more than 350 m². The level of service does not change with the category. Every type below is a real villa, photographed exactly as it is let — sizes vary slightly between villas of the same type.

The Ants Pants Uluwatu is our own restaurant, not a third-party operator. Breakfast finishes late, lunch runs through the afternoon, and the pool is ten steps from the table — so nobody has to choose between eating and watching the children swim

The resort does not stop at the villa gate
In most villa projects the experience ends at your own wall. Here the grounds are part of the stay — lit paths, the tree house and the pools — alongside transfers, in-villa dining, cots and pool toys, groceries on arrival and a nanny when it is needed.
