Family Nest offers accommodation from studios to spacious 5-bedroom private villas, so you can choose the right option for a couple, a family or a larger group.

Our villas are designed for comfortable family stays, combining shared spaces with enough personal space for everyone. Guests can also request complimentary family essentials such as a crib, high chair, bed bumpers and kids' helmets, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a TV. In some villas, a washing machine is also available.

Yes, most of our villas feature private pools. Cozy studios and 1-bedroom villas do not have a private pool, which is indicated in each villa listing. You can also add special in-villa experiences, from a floating breakfast to flower pool decorations.

Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.

Yes. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We recommend contacting our team in advance.

Family Nest brings everything together in one resort: private villas, a shared swimming pool, Pangolin Kids Club, dining, wellness facilities and outdoor spaces with walking paths, swings and a treehouse.

Yes. The resort has one shared swimming pool located at the Ants Pants restaurant on the resort grounds, so there is no need to go anywhere.

Pangolin Kids Club is our dedicated kids' space with indoor and outdoor areas for play, creativity and activities, spanning 1,000 square meters — the largest in Uluwatu. It gives children their own place to explore and parents the option to enjoy some time for themselves.

Yes. You can dine at our on-site Ants Pants restaurant or enjoy your meal without leaving the villa, with in-villa dining options also available.

Atmos Steam Club and Atmos Bodylab offer massage, cosmetology treatments, steam and sauna experiences, as well as other body and beauty therapies, so you can easily add some time for yourself to your stay.

Yes. There are several free street parking areas available for Family Nest guests.

Most resort facilities can be enjoyed during your stay without advance planning. You will be able to book any service through your personal account on our website, which will be available to you upon check-in. Some services and special experiences are best booked in advance to guarantee availability.

You can book directly through the Family Nest website. Simply choose your dates, number of guests and preferred accommodation to see the available rates.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. In accordance with Indonesian law, payments are converted and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using the applicable exchange rate at the time of booking.

Your reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Any applicable payment requirements are shown during the booking process before you confirm your stay.

For standard bookings, cancellations made 31 days or more before check-in receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

Cancellations made 15–30 days before check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, or you can choose to receive 100% of the amount as Family Nest Credit for a future stay, subject to reservation and availability.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before check-in are non-refundable. Long Stay offers are also non-refundable and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or modification.

Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel and the rate you booked. Eligible refunds may take up to 30 days from the date your cancellation request is confirmed. Payment system processing fees are not refundable.

Yes — Family Nest was designed with families in mind. From spacious villas and dedicated kids' spaces to complimentary baby essentials and nanny services, we make travelling with young children easier.

Pangolin Kids Club offers dedicated indoor and outdoor spaces where children can play, create, move and spend time away from screens. You can also celebrate a birthday here, and parents may book a nanny service for their child to stay in the Kids Club under supervision while they enjoy some time for themselves.

Yes. Our outdoor areas include a treehouse, swings and plenty of space to walk, play and spend time outside.

Yes. Children have access to safe, dedicated indoor kids' rooms with toys, educational games and a private bathroom with child-friendly low sinks. The rooms do not have direct access to the pool area and are connected to the parents' bedroom via an interconnecting door.

Yes. A selection of family essentials is complimentary for our guests, including cribs, high chairs, bed bumpers and kids' helmets. These items can be booked through your personal account on our website, which will become available upon check-in.

A crib is provided free of charge for children up to 3 years old. You can also request family essentials such as a high chair and bed bumpers. We recommend requesting everything you need before arrival so we can have it ready for you.

Yes, selected pool toys and inflatables are available for children to enjoy during their stay.

Yes. Nannies are available on request, giving parents the chance to enjoy some time to themselves while the children are looked after.

You can travel lighter. Family Nest provides complimentary baby essentials and plenty of spaces and activities for children, so there is no need to pack everything from home.

Yes. We can arrange airport pickup for you. You can let us know in advance when booking or simply add this service during payment. Beach shuttles and rental bikes are also available.

Yes. Our team is here to make your stay as seamless as possible and can help arrange services and experiences before you arrive or at any point during your stay.

Regular cleaning is provided daily during your stay to keep your villa comfortable and tidy. In addition, the pool is cleaned every day, and we carry out regular pest control using child-safe, eco-friendly products to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for families.

Yes, regular housekeeping is included in your stay.

Yes. You can order from our restaurant Ants Pants or arrange any delivery directly to your villa, as well as enjoy breakfast, floating breakfast, or a private chef experience.

Yes, drinking water is provided in the villa for our guests.

You can reach our guest service team via reception, the daily group chat, or the phone number provided in your booking, throughout your stay. From transportation and grocery delivery to in-villa dining, BBQs, decorations and photo sessions, we can help arrange the details for you.

Family Nest is located in Uluwatu, Bali, within easy reach of beaches, cafés, restaurants, fitness facilities and everyday essentials.

The easiest option is by car, and we can arrange an airport transfer directly to Family Nest for a smooth arrival.

The beach is approximately 10 minutes away, making it easy to include a beach day in your stay.

Yes. You can enjoy dining at our on-site restaurant Ants Pants, as well as Sando Café in Pangolin, offering coffee and desserts. Cafés are also just around 3–5 minutes away, and you are staying right in the heart of Uluwatu's most iconic spots, with plenty of dining options nearby.

Shops and everyday essentials are available nearby. If you would rather skip the grocery run altogether, we can easily arrange fresh fruit delivery, a grocery pack delivery, and even prepare a BBQ or a private celebration directly at your villa.

Not necessarily. We can arrange airport transfers, beach shuttles and rental bikes, while many everyday services — including food and grocery delivery — can come directly to your villa.
